What is the SmallHD Price Protection Plan?

The SmallHD Price protection plan was put in place to give you peace of mind about your purchase. Our intent is to reduce concern associated with monitor or monitor bundle purchases. We know that technology market is always changing and prices are subject to change in correlation with demand. Therefore, we are offering you a price adjustment if the price of the monitor (or monitor bundle) you purchase is reduced in the first 45 days of ownership. **The 45 days begins the day that the order is shipped.

Who is eligible for a price adjustment?

Any SmallHD customer who has purchased an Eligible Product in the last 45 days (Refund Period).

Is my past purchase eligible for a Price Protection Refund with a coupon code discount if there is a coupon code available now?

No, the Price Protection Policy only applies to regular priced monitor's and monitor bundles. The Price Protection Policy does not apply to purchases made with a coupon code.

Why 45 Days?

We wanted to make a strong statement about the commitment to our customers, but we had to stop somewhere.

How do I get a refund for the item I just purchased that has had a price drop?

To receive a price adjustment for your recently purchased monitor, or monitor bundle please email support@smallhd.com and note the date of your purchase. Also please make reference to your sales order number (SO-xxxxx) in the email and the price drop that you are inquiring about. Refund processing may take up to five business days to complete, after your request is received.

What items are eligible for the Price Protection Plan?

Any DP6-SLR, DP6-SDI, DP4-EVF, and DP4 monitor’s or monitor bundles purchased within the 45 day refund period. The Item must be the same Item you purchased. Newly created bundles with different options do not qualify. The price must drop on the specific Item you purchased.

What is the date used to calculate the Refund Eligibility Period?

Your refund eligibility period begins on the date that your order was shipped.
